The Roseville police department brought Valerie to park her bus in the parking lot of Prince of Peace Lutheran. They must have known she would be safe and welcomed there. Yet, as the months grew colder, staying warm and comfortable in an un-insulated bus became increasingly unrealistic. So, we provided an upgrade for Valerie — a new tiny home parked next to the parking lot, complete with Intentional Neighbors next door and a furnished Common Home to hang out in.
You are invited to join us on the 3rd Sunday afternoon of the month as we gather to share a meal, meet some new people, trade stories, and celebrate what God is making possible in our midst.
We’re providing a main course and beverages. If you want to contribute a side dish or dessert to share, great. Or just bring yourself. There will be plenty. If you know anyone who would like to learn more about this movement, invite them along.
